If you are a new patient, a returning patient with a new issue, or it has been more than six months since your last appointment, you must schedule a New Patient Visit. If you choose any other visit type, we will have to cancel your appointment. The reason is that we won’t have enough time to properly examine you and discuss your concerns.
Prices: Listed prices reflect our prompt pay discount when paying at the time of service. This is typically the maximum you would pay for the service if insurance deductibles are not met or the service or condition is not covered. Actual prices submitted vary and are typically higher.
Insurance: We are in network with BCBS PPO and United Healthcare. For other coverage we will be happy to give you a superbill which you may submit to your insurance for direct repayment.
Late Cancelation: Appointments missed and not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 charge. This charge is not reimbursable by insurance.
We accept major credit cards, HSA/Flex Spending accounts, checks, and cash.

Jennifer McGrath is a licensed acupuncturist and the founder of Points to Wellness in Oak Brook, IL. She earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago and is nationally board-certified by the NCCAOM as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Her training includes over 3,000 hours in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, along with postgraduate studies in functional medicine with Dr. Datis Kharrazian and functional nutrition through Standard Process seminars.
Jennifer specializes in stress and trauma and their lasting impact on health. She integrates Eastern and Western healing modalities—acupuncture, functional nutrition, and compassionate patient education—to help individuals restore balance and build resilience in both body and mind.
She believes true wellness begins when mind, body, and spirit are aligned, and that empowered patients are the best healers of themselves. Outside the clinic, she finds joy in gardening and exploring nature with her husband and their two dogs, Azor and Darby.
